Andrew Basu

I’m Andrew Basu, a real estate professional who recently relocated to Toronto after spending much of my career in the Middle East and India. My background spans property and asset management, real estate advisory, valuation and development assessment. Over the years, I’ve worked across consulting, institutional real estate development, banking and large corporates, which has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of properties, organizations, functional areas and, most importantly, people, the part of all my past roles that I’ve enjoyed the most. I enjoy connecting with people, learning from different perspectives, and exploring new places and cultures. Outside work, I’m interested in music, reading and languages, and I’m enjoying getting to know Toronto and building a new chapter here in Canada.
